LOTD: Crazy Nerd

My striped cardigan is from Bunnbury. I love it! it is really pretty! And it was on sale for 8 dollars. I am now wearing it everyday when it is slightly chilly. I wanted to buy more cardi, but my friend stopped me. She said it is stupid to buy too similar clothes. =(

First time I am trying Fishnets. Hehe. Funky but it makes my legs more slender than it looks. And it is affordably good. o.O

My heels are from Ugglebo. Will be showing them the world soon. =)

Paired the whole outfit with a Forever 21 love necklace.

Toy Story: A glimpse to the most romantic city

Effiel 1
I am not sure if many of heard of paper art. So today, I will share with you origami at a more intricate form- making the Eiffel Tower via a template.
Not that talented yet to build one from scratch. - smiles.
Eiffel
The finished product in an assortment of colours - gorgeous isn't it?
I took a total of 2 hours with some cussing...oops. =P I am not a very patient person to begin with, especially with the triangular parts. But I have to say this sport does train up patience in me. And it is very gratifying to see the finished product.

A short video clip on the colour changes. Sorry, for the shaking. My hands were weak from all the folding. =p

Review: Moisturizer From Korea

After my aunt read my palm telling me I am blessed with a good line, I have been anxiously protecting the fortune lines on my palm. I am obsessing with hand moisturizer. =D

All my friends say that it doesn't work this way. For all I know, I may smoothed those lines away. Really?!?
Peach
Anyway, my friend got me this when she was is Korea. Finally, I got around to using this. Mmmmm...it smells so good. Peach-like to be very precise. It ain't that good in moisturizing, but I am a sucker for the nice fruity smell. =D Plus, I have absolutely no intention to smoothed out my lucky palm lines. Hahaha!
I have been feeling really tired and shagged lately. I might probably test out some of the face masks from my friends soon. =P

LOTD: Pretty in Bleu

You wear this going out?

Yes, I do. =D I love my checkered stockings from We Love Colours! Very edgy and colourful. It suits my somewhat Hippie Nature.
My pink loafers are from UK. I love them. I have been wearing them once a week. =D I got it during the Christmas sales for around 20 Pound. I think it is a good deal. Comfy and it is pink. No complains on my side!
Okay, I think it is a little ding dong (crazy) to put on such crazy hair accessories sometimes. I do it when I am feeling a little braver than normal. XD

Fashion Collage: Blast from the past

Hehe... Made a collage using the jewelry found at Madlady. They are my top 8 choices and most of them are affordable, except for..,one. =( What do you think about it? I think I have talent. *Shameless me*
I used a more retro style to give it a refreshing twist since they are very funky jewelry. If you guys think it is good, I might do more of it and show off my artistic flare. =D
be mad
So this is a shopping site I just found...MadLady. Okay it does sound like it is describing me. I like its catch phrase "Don't be a chicken. Be mad!"
I was looking through some of its summer clothes and they were screaming out to me "get me, girl!" I have to admit it is totally my style. But if I do win 30 Euros, I think I will first get the bralets (which is something I have been hunting for) or maybe the Skirt with Sunset or maybe the.. (yes I know counting your chickens before they hatch is not a very good trait to have. *pouts*) Geez, can somebody tell me when my pay is coming in!
Do you think that they might need authentic Asian models? I am dying to earn for my keep of the clothes. Being a girl is really hard, so many fashion choices, my head hurts already. Any advice, people?

A Cinderella Story: Scotch Magic Tape Dispensers

Girls, you just got to check out Scotch new product - Scotch Magic Tape Dispensers. After all, heels are every girl's best friend. Haha. I came out with that line. So it may not be true for all ladies out there.
cinderella
Scotch was really kind to DHL me the product. First thing my parents commented was, "Hey, where's the other shoe?" That's how real this pair look. I am so in love with the Zebra Stripes. White on black or is it black on white? I just love how confusing this is going to be. =D
For those are into specifications:
  • Includes 1 roll of Scotch Magic Tape - the orginal matte-finish, invisible tape. Write on it with pen, pencil or marker.
  • Stylish, refillable Scotch Magic Tape Dispenser that personalises your space and keeps your favourite Scotch brand tape at your fingertips, at home, at work or at school
scotch
Just a suggestion of modification: You could even make it to become a pen holder. The possibilities are probably endless.
If you are artistic enough, you could even try re-designing the heel to make it your dream killer heels. I would do that, just that time isn't really on my side this month. Maybe next month. =D
3M Scotch Heels tape
These are the the default designs available. I had a hard time deciding between pink and zebra stripes. After all, pink is my favourite colour but stripes seems rather funky with a tinge of elegance.
I personally feel that the design you pick would reflect your personality. This is my take on it:
Black: Classic colour. Possibly someone who doesn't really like to take too much risk. A serious, mature young woman.
Stripes: Adventurous but yet willing to conform to society's expectations of a young lady with a subtle rebellious streak.
Pink: Cheerful young girl. Optimistic and child-like with a love of rainbows and colours in her life.
Shinny Snake Prints: Fashionable and loud. Outrageously bold and audacious. Lives life for herself and the world may keep their opinions to themselves.

So what do you think about my analysis? Haha
For those who are interested in getting one yourself, you can find it in all the typical mainstream bookstores. =)

Pretty in Pink: Sonic Gear Ear Plugs

Just thought I would share with you all what I bought today: A new Sonic Gear Ear Plugs. My Apple ear phones broke down on me. Yesterday, I could still hear from one of the earphone but today both sides were intermittently working and it was getting irritating. I couldn't live without music so I just had to get a new pair today when I was out to catch a movie.

Okay, I will be frank, I bought this earphones because of the cute travel case that came with it. My I-Shuffle could fit snugly in it. And well, it was PINK, my favourite colour. I guess it was pretty irresistible. And the price was very attractive. Most earphones had an average of 10% discount. But this was cheaper by 5 dollars. So, obviously, I was pretty fixated with the great value.
The sales guy tried tempting me to other brands for their warranty, specifications etc. I told him I just wanted a pair of earphones that could survive a few drenches during heavy downpours. I know I am an oddball. LOL!
SonicGear
For people who are interested in the specifications:
  • Super noise isolation earplug with travel case
  • 4 pairs of top grade silicon gel
  • Clear strong and deep base audio (Tested it and it works really well on my ishuffle and laptop)
I just Googled it and it is based in Singapore. =D I am sure glad to support local products. Do support it too as it is really good for music lovers. I will update you on its lifespan once this pair breathes its last on me. *Fingers Crossed*

Housekeeping Talk: Keep it orderly for 2013

Well, Happy 2013 folks!

I hope 2012 was kind to you. If it isn't, don't dwell on the past too much. After all, it is passing water. Do look forward and give a future a chance to present you with all the blessings it has in store for you. =D
During the new year, I like to give myself a new start. And usually, I do this by fervently packing my stuff. I like to think of it as organising your life up so that I am ready to accept better stuff.  Great way to prepare a good start. Haha
the ribbon
I know this may be an ordinary looking ribbon. But do not under-estimate what this may do for you, ladies in particular.
I, myself have lots of hair accessories. mainly clips. Most of the time, I misplace them and toss them into some random corner.
CamouflagenCupcakes
So with this ribbon, I pretty much clip all my stuff on it. And I hang it to the side of a hanger alongside my belts and ties in my wardrobe. I could even slot some headbands on its bottom.
If you want this too, you can get this at Camouflage N CupcakesIf you have any ingenious ideas to arrange your stuff, do share them with me, I am a neat freak every once in quarter. =D You could always drop me an email if you are too shy to leave a comment. I don't bite. =p
